Deep amber hue with mahogany highlights. A light nose pleasantly reminiscent of cakes and pastries with subtle notes of vanilla. On the palate, it is both generous and complex, showing wonderfully tingly notes of pepper on a long and lightly woody finale.

A lovely chestnut colour with coppery highlights. The bouquet is both subtle and powerful, initially dominated by lovely touches of vanilla and candied fruits, then leading to aromas of cocao and ground coffee. Plenty of richness and sensual charm on the palate, where delicate notes of hazelnut, cocao, prunes and ginger marry perfectly, culminating in a sumptuous finale of grilled almonds and woody vanilla.

A brilliant amber colour with touches of ochre. Plenty of finesse on the nose, where waves of candied fruit blend with more virile aromas of leather and tobacco. Full and well rounded on the palate, showing notes of citrus zest, exotic fruit, grilled almonds and spice bread, together with a long finish of liquorice and roasted coffee beans.

Rich amber colour with warm mahogany highlights. The nose is intense and richly perfumed, replete with dried fruits, cocoa and liquorice, underpinned by elegant touches of fruit steeped in vanilla. Subtle and harmonious, the mouth develops firstly exotic fruit notes (mangoes and bananas), followed by caramel, evolving finally into vanilla and gentle spice. The finish is magical, with an explosion of generous flavours and a honeyed presence gained by myriad years spent slowly ageing.

Lovely amber colour with subtle mahogany highlights. The nose is very rich with aromas of prunes, dried figs and caramel, evolving into toasted bread and torrefaction. Smooth and round on the palate, generous with notes of licorice and melting vanilla, gentle oak and spices, all on a lingering finish.

Chestnut-honey in colour. The nose is a masterpiece of elegance and finesse showing unique fragrances of exotic fruit as well as notes of honey and cinnamon. There follows aromas of raisins and light rancio. On the palate, it is buttery, rich, round and very complex, with hints of cloves and overwhelming red fruits. The finish is long and rich with gentle spices, citrus fruits and honey.

On the nose, it is finely balanced, with harmonious perfumes of rich apricot, figs and soft nougat, all brought together by heady aromas of cinnamon and liquorice. Round and perfectly balanced, the mouth is an absolute revelation of buttery warm brioche flavours, coupled with oven-baked apples and prunes and an immensely long finish which adds gentle ginger and grilled almonds. Simply superb!

The opening attack on the palate is soft and melting, followed by an aromatic explosion, remarkable for the rich fruity notes, supported by structured spice and mellifluous candied plums. A beautifully long finish, replete with flavours of grilled almonds and vanilla.
