Laubuchon 1900 Deep amber hue with mahogany highlights. A light nose pleasantly reminiscent of cakes and pastries with subtle notes of vanilla. On the palate, it is both generous and complex, showing wonderfully tingly notes of pepper on a long and lightly woody finale.	Jean Paul 1927 A lovely chestnut colour with coppery highlights. The bouquet is both subtle and powerful, initially dominated by lovely touches of vanilla and candied fruits, then leading to aromas of cocao and ground coffee. Plenty of richness and sensual charm on the palate, where delicate notes of hazelnut, cocao, prunes and ginger marry perfectly, culminating in a sumptuous finale of grilled almonds and woody vanilla.	Jean Paul 1929 A brilliant amber colour with touches of ochre. Plenty of finesse on the nose, where waves of candied fruit blend with more virile aromas of leather and tobacco. Full and well rounded on the palate, showing notes of citrus zest, exotic fruit, grilled almonds and spice bread, together with a long finish of liquorice and roasted coffee beans.
Peyrot 1936 Rich amber colour with warm mahogany highlights. The nose is intense and richly perfumed, replete with dried fruits, cocoa and liquorice, underpinned by elegant touches of fruit steeped in vanilla. Subtle and harmonious, the mouth develops firstly exotic fruit notes (mangoes and bananas), followed by caramel, evolving finally into vanilla and gentle spice. The finish is magical, with an explosion of generous flavours and a honeyed presence gained by myriad years spent slowly ageing.	Bordeneuve 1936 Lovely amber colour with subtle mahogany highlights. The nose is very rich with aromas of prunes, dried figs and caramel, evolving into toasted bread and torrefaction. Smooth and round on the palate, generous with notes of licorice and melting vanilla, gentle oak and spices, all on a lingering finish.	Dubon 1940 Beautiful, deep chestnut hue with copper highlights. An elegant nose; powerful and harmonious, with notes of oak, raisins and vanilla. Buttery and elegant on the palate with a long and powerful finale of 'terroir' and light torrefaction.
Larée 1941 Rich amber colour with mahogony glints. A complex and elegant bouquet; extremely fruity with gentle touches of cinnamon. Full and harmonious on the palate. The bouquet is fresh and elegant with beautiful aromas of violets and raspberries. On the palate, it is both subtle and harmonious with a lovely long finish replete with flavours of wild berries and gentle wood.
Guilhombeyrie 1960 Pale amber colour. A powerful and elegant nose with aromas of coffee and cocao. In the mouth, it is buttery, supple and melting with a beautiful, long finish of grilled almonds.	Larroudé 1960 An intense golden colour with mahogany flecks. Rich and complex on the nose, developing firstly lovely aromas of exotic fruits, vanilla and cocao, giving way to deeper aromas of leather and rancio. Elegant and sensual on the palate with magnificent flavours of Agen prunes, cooked apple and gentle yet complex harmonies of soft spices.	Gachot 1961 Beautifully rich deep mahogany colour. The nose is a masterpiece of elegance and finesse showing unique fragrances of exotic fruit as well as notes of honey and cinnamon. There follows aromas of raisins and light rancio. On the palate, it is buttery, rich, round and very complex, with hints of cloves and overwhelming red fruits. The finish is long and rich with gentle spices, citrus fruits and honey. Moutouguet 1968 Lovely bright amber colour with coppery highlights. The nose is full of freshness, giving off beautiful candied citrus aromas and soft spice, underpinned by delicate perfumes of rancio and vanilla. Full of finesse and elegance on the palate. Strength and freshness combine to bring wonderful flavours of crystallised fruits and a finale that melts into light wood and vanilla.	Moutouguet 1969 Delicate light amber colour. The nose is full of powerful aromas, evoking cinnamon and rich prune. On the palate, it is both buttery and pleasingly round. The complex mouth feel gives the impression of cloves and brown sugar, leading through to a finale of wild red fruits.	Gaube 1970 Lovely, rich amber colour. The bouquet evokes a seasonal mix of mandarine, spices and light rancio. In the mouth, it opens with complex flavours of candied fruits. Rich and melting, the superb finale abounds with prunes and gentle spices.
Couaton 1971 Lovely mahogany colour with golden highlights. The nose is complex and very elegant, evoking aromas of exotic fruit, orange peel and just a hint of cinnamon and vanillared rancio. Powerful and round in the mouth with pleasing touches of candied citrus fruits, it evolves with a subtle mix of vanilla and light wood, through to a long finale of palate-tingling prunes and roasted walnuts.	Larroudé 1972 Lovely golden colour with pleasing copper highlights. The nose is both powerful and elegant, releasing generous aromas of toffee, dried fig and caramelised pears. Velvety and melting, round and beautifully balanced, the palate brings flavours of dried apricots, dates and liquorice with an expressive and long finale of grilled almonds and mellow woodiness.	Lagardenne 1973 Lovely deep amber in colour. The bouquet evokes gentle wood, coupled with intense aromas of candied oranges, rancio and crystallised fruit. Unctuous and velvety-smooth in the mouth, it shows superb structure with full body and bags of presence. The finale is long and smooth, with the presence of rich fruit flavours right to the very end.
Lagardenne 1974 Rich amber colour. The bouquet is immensely fruity, showing structured intensity, underpinned by heady aromas of vanilla and candied pear. Supple on the palate, round and pleasingly gooey with sweet flavours of candied fruit. A lovely long finale which pairs mellow wood with rich, complex fruit.	Lacaze 1975 A rich golden hue with elegant highlights of mahogany. On the nose, it is finely balanced, with harmonious perfumes of rich apricot, figs and soft nougat, all brought together by heady aromas of cinnamon and liquorice. Round and perfectly balanced, the mouth is an absolute revelation of buttery warm brioche flavours, coupled with oven-baked apples and prunes and an immensely long finish which adds gentle ginger and grilled almonds. Simply superb!	Lagardenne 1976 Beautiful amber hue with mahogony highlights. The bouquet is a complex amalgam of elegant prune, candied oranges and grilled almonds, leading through to soft notes of liquorice, gentle spice, vanilla and oh-so- subtle wood. The opening attack on the palate is soft and melting, followed by an aromatic explosion, remarkable for the rich fruity notes, supported by structured spice and mellifluous candied plums. A beautifully long finish, replete with flavours of grilled almonds and vanilla.
Rigue 1978 Beautiful, rich amber with soft mahogony highlights. The nose is delicate and ripe with sumptuous aromas of prunes and Corinthian raisins, brought together by subtle vanilla and just a touch of cinnamon. Lovely and round on the palate, with beautiful exotic fruit flavours, dried figs, melting tannins and a rich finale of prunes, supported by lingering notes of liquorice and light wood with just a touch of rancio.	Gachot 1979 Lovely deep amber colour. An intensely aromatic nose, full of heady perfume. Plenty of finesse and roundness in the mouth. It shows beautiful structure and a rich balance of deep fruit flavours. The finish is quite superb, marrying melting wood with a plethora of rich fruit presence.	Gachot 1980 Deep amber colour. The bouquet is full of freshness, with aromas of dried fruits and candied orange with just a touch of delicate rancio. Subtle and round in the mouth with rich flavours of Corinthian raisins and cinnamon. A long and soft finale with plenty of chewy candied fruit flavours, nestled on a bed of light wood. sée.
Bédat 1981 Elegant amber hue with beautiful golden highlights. A pleasing bouquet of candied citrus, Corinthian raisins, prunes and rich vanilla. Plenty of roundness on the palate, showing initial flavours of elegant exotic fruit, evolving into deeper flavours of fruits confits, all harmonised in a long finish which brings heady notes of grilled almonds and roasted coffee beans.	Bigney 1982 Crystal clear yellow, threaded with amber and gold. An elegant nose; which brings lovely aromas of fruit flowers and Agen prunes.
